Dave's Hot Chicken Plans to Open 8 Locations in Philly

Dave’s Hot Chicken, which has garnered a massive following since launching five years ago, is planning to open at least eight locations in the Philadelphia region.

The fried chicken company founded in Hollywood is looking to bring its Nashville-inspired chicken to Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties. Franchisees Jiger Patel and Pranav Desai have not yet signed leases, but are specifically targeting Center City and Northeast Philadelphia for space, along with Springfield. The duo is confident they will have deals signed by the end of the year and can open two locations in both the second and third quarters of 2023 before opening four more in 2024.They will be the first locations in Pennsylvania for Dave’s Hot Chicken, which currently has over 60 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
