Seattle-based retailer Nordstrom, Inc. will open two Nordstrom Rack locations in Eastern Pennsylvania this fall. The openings will align with the holiday shopping season. In Exton, Nordstrom Rack signed a lease at Main Street at Exton. The 652,776-square-foot open-air lifestyle center sits along Route 100 in Chester County. Wolfson Group owns and manages the property.
The center features national retailers including Walmart, Lidl, Barnes & Noble, Michaels, Sephora, Athleta, Old Navy, and Banana Republic. In Media, Nordstrom Rack will open a 30,000-square-foot store at Promenade at Granite Run. BET Investments owns and manages the 844,200-square-foot lifestyle center. The property sits at Baltimore Pike and Middletown Road.
Current tenants include TJ Maxx, Michaels, Kohl’s, IKEA, and Boscov’s. Nordstrom Rack operates as Nordstrom’s off-price retail division. The brand offers up to 70% off apparel, accessories, beauty, home décor, and footwear. Customers can also access online order pickup for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack purchases.
These openings strengthen retail activity in Chester and Delaware counties. They also reinforce continued demand for well-positioned lifestyle centers in suburban Philadelphia.
